PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably inhibit drop of control property of fuel pressure due to excitation failure abnormality of a fuel injection valve in a fuel injection control device performing feed back control of detected fuel pressure to target fuel pressure with taking fuel injection quantity by the fuel injection valve into account based on behavior of the detected fuel pressure. SOLUTION: In the fuel injection control device, when open circuit of power supply path common to fuel injection valves of a first group which consists of a first cylinder - a third cylinder (#1 - #3) occurs, compression and feeding of fuel by a plunger of which compression top dead center opposes to the fuel injection valve of the first group is forcibly cut to zero.
