PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid coating capable of producing a product with a hybrid film having excellent stain-proofing property because of hydrophilic property and oil repellency and excellent in heat resistance, high hardness, weather resistance, chemical properties, adhesion, inexpensiveness, etc., and to provide a method for producing the hybrid coating, suitable for producing such product with a hybrid film and a method for producing such product with the hybrid film. SOLUTION: The hybrid coating is obtained by at least mixing water glass with a lower polymer which is an oligomer and/or a co-oligomer having fluorine-containing groups at both ends. The method for producing the product with hybrid film comprises obtaining the hybrid coating and then applying the hybrid coating onto a substrate 1 to form a coated film layer 2a on the substrate 1 and solidifying the coated film layer 2a to form a hybrid film 2b.
