The calibration tool consists of a calibration plate with a planar surface (7) to process a plastic melt which can be extruded from the jet of an extrusion plant to form plastic plates, particularly hollow ones (6). Part or all of the calibration plate surface is made of sintered metal, or has a sintered metal structure formed on it. The calibration plate may consist of a carrier plate (9) with a sintered metal layer (11) on it, possibly with a coating (8) on the sintered metal layer. |
