A cup inspection system is provided to reduce a size of the cup inspection system by performing an inspection of the cup on a holder plate to be rotated. A cup inspection system includes a case(10) formed thereon a plurality of failed cup discharging port(16) to discharge a failed cup. A holder plate(20) is installed inside of the case to rotate. A rotation driving unit(30) rotates the holder plate. Three tightly fixing units(40) are installed on a top of the case to contact the held cups not to move. A camera is installed on a bottom side of the remained holder to take a photograph of an inside of the cup held on the holder. A light emission unit(60) illuminates the light inside of the cup to be photographed. An air supplying unit had a first nozzle and a second nozzle. A pair of cameras(50,55) are installed on a bottom side of the holders(23,24) among three holders. The first camera takes a photograph of 2/3 inside portion of the cup and the second camera takes a photograph of the remaining 1/3 inside portion of the cup.
