A fuel leakage prevention control system of a liquefied petroleum gas injection vehicle and a control method thereof are provided to prevent a gas from being leaked from a gas injector. A method of controlling a fuel leakage prevention control system of a liquefied petroleum gas injection vehicle includes the steps of reading various control information(S101), determining whether an ignition stoppage of an engine is detected(S102), detecting a suction air temperature introduced into the engine(S103), determining whether a temperature of cooling water and the suction air is maintained over then a set reference temperature(S104), detecting a pressure of a fuel supply line and a fuel return line(S105), starting a counter for treating a pressure(S106), calculating a pressure gradient of the fuel supply line and the fuel return line(S107), and determining whether the pressure gradient is maintained over the set reference value(S108).
