A structure of a rear roll support bracket for a vehicle is provided to change an entire structure thereof to increase a strength, be easily connected, and to increase connection force. A structure of a rear roll support bracket for a vehicle includes a bottom surface, a body(31), a insulator bolt(32). The body includes side surface vertically installed on the right and left sides of the bottom surface. The insulator bolt transverses the side surfaces at an upper portion of the body. A reinforcing rib(33) transverses the side surfaces. The reinforcing rib is formed by forming a round. A bolt hole engaged with the bolt is formed on the side surfaces. A tool hole is formed on the side surface opposite to the bolt hole.
