<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ocular fundus image processing method capable of stereoscopically observing ocular fundus by variable power into an arbitrary magnification with a simple structure, and to provide its apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A left parallax image 82 and a right parallax image 83 having a parallax error relative to the ocular fundus of the same eye to be examined are photographed and recorded, and at least one of the two images is displayed. An image 82b within a set range is segmented from the displayed image. An image 83b within a range corresponding to the range of the segmented image is segmented from the other image 83. The magnification images 82c, 83c of the two segmented images are displayed on a stereo monitor 63 by horizontal arrangement. In this configuration, when the range for high-magnification displaying is designated about one image, the other image is also subjected to segmentation and high-magnification conversion processing so as to easily perform the stereoscopical observation in the stereo images of the ocular fundus by high magnification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
