<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality monitoring method whereby a terminal collects information of video image evaluation by a viewer as well as information denoting a state of the quality such as video image deterioration and informs a video distribution apparatus about the collected information items so as to allow the video distribution apparatus to reflect the information items on a charging processing service or the like in a video distribution service for transmitting/distributing a video stream by utilizing an IP network or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A video quality detection means 107 of the terminal detects information associated with transmission quality of the video stream and information associated with the quality of the video image during decoding and reproduction, a viewing listening evaluation collection means 110 collects information items associated with the evaluation of the video image by the viewer, and the terminal stores the information items to a collected information/storage means 111 and informs a quality management section 213 of the video distribution apparatus 210 about the information items. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
