PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a working machine in advance from continuing to work with a deteriorated battery. SOLUTION: The working machine comprises a capacitor unit 300, an electric motor that operates by using electric power of the capacitor unit 300, an inside resistant value calculation means (included in SOH monitor 400) for calculating an inside resistant value of the capacitor unit 300, a deterioration state determination means (included in SOH monitor 400) for determining a deterioration state of a battery by using the inside resistant value calculated by the inside resistant value calculation means, and an alarm 600 for generating sound informing the deteriorated state of the battery on the determination result of the determination means.
