PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make small/compact a rolled sheet printer of a serial type. SOLUTION: In the rolled sheet printer 1 of the serial type, a rolled sheet storage part 11 is arranged in the center of a printer width direction. A rolled sheet 12 is stored here in a state to lie on the side in the printer width direction. A head unit 13 is set horizontally at the upside of the rolled sheet storage part 11. An ink cartridge mounting part 18 and a head maintenance unit 20 are installed in a space of the downside of the head unit 13 at the left side of the rolled sheet storage part 11. A space of the downside of the head unit 13 at the right side of the rolled sheet storage part 11 is made a substrate mounting part 22 where a control substrate 21 is mounted in a vertical state. The rolled sheet printer 1 can be made small/compact, since both sides of the rolled sheet storage part 11 remaining as a dead space is utilized effectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
