PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle having right and left independent axle driving devices capable of setting the engine position lower for traveling and turning stability. SOLUTION: In the working vehicle, a pair of right and left axle driving devices TL, TR having a single axle 4 respectively are juxtaposed below a vehicle frame 79 with a prime mover E erected on its top face, and a traveling belt transmission mechanisms to the pair of right and left axle driving devices TL, TR is arranged from an output shaft 20 of the prime mover E extending below the vehicle frame 79. A counter shaft 84 for the traveling belt transmission mechanism is hanged downwardly from the vehicle frame 79, two upper and lower pulleys 84a, 84b are provided on the counter shaft 84, and the lower pulley 84a is used for winding a belt 7 from the output shaft 20 of the prime mover E and the upper pulley 84b is used for winding a belt 8 to the pair of right and left axle driving devices TL, TR.
