PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light weight information display device which has a wide viewing angle and is easy to carry around and allows battery driving for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The information display device has an information display panel 7 which encloses a display medium consisting at least of one or more kinds of particles and having one or more kinds of optical reflectivities and electrostatic charging properties between two panels of at least one transparent, and displays information such as images by applying an electrical field to the display medium to move it. Further, it has a case 8 to mount the information panel on its front, a page return button 9, a page selection button 10, a page turn-over button 11, and an input switching button 12, sequential arranged on the front of the case 8 at its lower area, a memory to store the information, an input terminal 13 for inputting information from the outside, and a control circuit to control the operation of the above components.
