PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic information display board that enables information of an image etc., to be recognized from a plurality of surface sides at the same time by using a reflecting mirror for correctly displaying reversely displayed information. SOLUTION: The stereoscopic information display board uses an information display panel constituted by enclosing two of display media 3W and 3B having different colors and charging characteristics in the space between two substrates, and displays information of an image etc., by mutually inverting and moving the display media 3W and 3B, wherein a both-sided display type information display panel comprising two transparent substrates 1 and 2 is used as the information display panel, the information display panel is mounted on one side face of a housing 8 in a square pole shape, a display transparent window 9 is formed on another side face adjacent to the one side face, and a reflecting mirror 10 is provided on a diagonal plane connecting non-adjacent end parts of the one side face and the other side face, so that information can be recognized from the plurality of surface sides at the same time.
