PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slewing gear for a ventilation fan in which the direction of shutter plates (intake direction/exhaust direction) of a ventilation fan is changeable, capable of finely controlling the temperature (humidity) inside a greenhouse, constantly controlling the temperature for crops in the greenhouse at an optimum, enhancing growth, healthiness, and quality of the crops, and increasing crop yield. SOLUTION: A hood of the ventilation fan provided to a frame body of the greenhouse is composed of one of opening parts for intake and/or exhaust opened toward the outside, and the other opening part positioned on the same face as the frame body for exhaust and/or intake opened inside the greenhouse. The ventilation fan provided to the frame body comprises a shutter frame body provided pivotably and/or movably via a pivot or a moving means, and a plurality of the shutter plates provided to the shutter frame body.
