PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new thermoplastic resin composition excellent in heat resistance, rigidity, and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of the sum of an aromatic amide block copolymer comprising aromatic amide units represented by general formula (I) and units of a polyester, aliphatic poly(oxyalkylene), polycarbonate, polyolefin, polyorganosiloxane, polydiene or a copolymer thereof and a thermoplastic resin and 0.01-5 pts.wt. of at least one or more reactive compounds comprising a carbodiimide compound, an oxazoline compound and an epoxy compound, wherein R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>each independently represent a 1-20C bivalent oxyalkylene group, an alkylenecarbamoyl group, or an arylenecarbamoyl group.
