PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated polypropylene composite non-stretched film having both of low temperature sealability and blocking resistance, excellent in impact resistance at a low temperature and capable of withstanding severe treatment such as boiling water treatment or retort treatment, especially extremely severe treatment such as air-containing boiling treatment, for example, when the polypropylene composite non-stretched film is used as a laminate with a polyamide film or a biaxially stretched polypropylene film. SOLUTION: In the laminated polypropyolene composite non-stretched film comprising two layers: a laminate layer; and a sealing layer, the respective layers contain specified resin compositions.
