PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector switchable between a straight flow and an atomized flow wherein the injection pressure is reduced to decrease the rebound from an affected part in the straight flow and the sufficient injection pressure is secured to form a complete mist state in the atomized injection. SOLUTION: In an injection device 300 freely switchable between the straight injection linearly injecting a liquid such as athlete's foot remedy to the affected part from an injection prot 400a and the atomized injection injecting to atomize the liquid mist-like, the liquid is immediately injected at a pressure as it is without increasing in the straight injection and the liquid is injected at one stretch after the pressure is increased to be accumulated in the atomized injection. For example, the liquid is injected from a injection port 400a of a nozzle member 400 by turning a button member 500 having the nozzle member 400 around a stem member 16 to the straight injection position or the atomized injection position to switch to the straight injection or the atomized injection.
