PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a seat cushion body capable of forming pulling-ins stable in appearance in a trim cover. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a seat cushion body 11 comprises the steps of: forming pulling-in parts 16 in a pad material 15; attaching hook and loop fasteners (male) 17 to the bottoms of the pulling-in parts 16; forming spigot parts 13a to be inserted into the pulling-in parts 16 of the pad material 15 to a trim cover 13; sewing bead 20 to the spigot parts 13a, and sewing hook and loop fasteners (female) 18 to the spigot parts 13a to which the bead 20 is sewn to cover the same.
