PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide culture soil kept in a solid state when constructed, collapsing and becoming a single body state or a mixed state by scattering and/or watering after construction. SOLUTION: The culture soil is obtained by mixing a water-soluble binder with a soil-constituting material composed of soil for base and soil for improvement and forming and solidifying the mixture in plate-like or block-like state.
