A swash plate of an air-conditioner variable compressor is provided to reduce noises and to improve durability by dispersing an oil during a sudden operation. A swash plate(20) of an air-conditioner variable compressor includes a vane guide groove(24), a vane(26), and a vane fixing ring(30). The vane guide groove is formed with a radial shape around an installing hole(22) of the swash plate making an uniform distance. The vane is assembled projecting by inertial force from the vane guide groove. The vane fixing ring is assembled to prevent a separation at the external surface of the swash plate and composes a vane hole(28).
