A structure of an outside handle for a vehicle is provided to prevent an opening phenomenon of a door by interrupting the door from being opened fast during a collision of a side surface of the vehicle. A structure of an outside handle(30) for a vehicle, a connecting pin(52) is installed on the rear side of the outside handle to fix the outside handle to the body. A connecting member is provided in the connecting pin to regulate the opening degree of the outside handle. A closed section is formed in the interior of the connecting member. A pin is rotatably installed in the closed section. The volume is changed with reference to the pin of the closed section as the pin rotates. The pin is installed at a central portion of the closed section. The closed section is filled with a fluid. The connecting member includes a circular rod member.
