Bracket 16 is part of two-armed lever 14, 16 which is pivoted at 12 to the vehicle body 10 and to which is attached at 18 brake actuator rod 20. Bracket 38 for the accelerator is rigidly attached to the vehicle body 10. The forwardly projecting end 56 of screw 52 carries gear teeth which mesh with the drive shaft 86 of a reversible electric motor 84. A flexible drive 90 may be used to transmit the rotary motion from screw 52 to screw 24. |
