<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiencies of the charge collection of conductive members in a radiation solid-state detector fitting a plurality of the conductive members making the potentials of latent-image charges at the same values to electric storages storing charges in quantities corresponding to the doses of irradiated radiations, or the quantities of lights emitted by the excitation of the radiations as the latent-image charges separately at every pixel of latent images. <P>SOLUTION: A first conductive layer 21, a photoconductive layer 22 for a recording, the photoconductive layer 23 for a reading, a second conductive layer 24, an insulating layer 30, and a supporter 18, are arranged in the order. A plurality of microplates 28 making the latent-image charges at the same values are disposed on the interface of the photoconductive layer 22 for the recording and the photoconductive layer 23 for the reading in a two-dimensional shape separately at every pixel of the latent images, and the electric storage 27 storing the latent-image charges on the interface is formed, thus constituting the radiation solid-state detector 20. The radiation solid-state detector 20 is constituted so that the sectional shape of the end of the microplate 28 is formed in an arcuate shape and the radius R of the circular arc is made larger than the half of the mutual space I of the mutually adjacent microplates 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
