<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type water heater capable of performing defrosting with a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 3 for hot water supply is disposed corresponding to and in adjacent to a bottom plate area 12 of an air heat exchanger 5. Concretely, the heat exchanger 3 for hot water supply is disposed just under the bottom plate area 12 of the air heat exchanger 5. The heat exchanger 3 for hot water supply is kept warm by using a heat insulating material and the like, but has heat leaks on an outer ward of the heat insulating material. As the bottom plate area 12 of the air heat exchanger 5 is adjacent to the heat exchanger 3 for hot water supply, it intensively receives the influence of leaked heat of the heat exchanger 3 for hot water supply, thus the bottom plate area 12 of the air heat exchanger 5 can be heated and defrosted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
