<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump hot water feeder capable of efficiently operating, which not only supplies obtained hot water to the outside for consumption but also uses the hot water for heating. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump hot water feeder is equipped with a refrigerant circuit 6 in which a refrigerant circulates and a water circuit having flow passages 10, 11, 12 and 13 in which water flows. The refrigerant circuit 6 is connected to a compressor 1, a hot water feeding heat exchanger 2 for supplying heat to the water in the water circuit from the refrigerant of the refrigerant circuit 6, a throttle mechanism 3, an air-heat exchanger 4 for supplying heat to the refrigerant of the refrigerant circuit 6 from outside air, and a cooling heat exchanger 5 for supplying heat to the refrigerant of the refrigerant circuit 6 from the water of the water circuit, sequentially.
