<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LED display unit which can be made thin and mounted on various places. <P>SOLUTION: The LED display unit A1 has a substrate 1, an LED light-emitting device 2 which is mounted on the substrate 1 and includes an LED light-emitting element, and a projection surface 4a, which is spaced apart from the surface of the substrate 1, where the LED light-emitting device 2 is mounted along the thickness of the substrate 1 and emits light from the device 2 through LED light emission. The LED light-emitting device 2 is disposed, without overlapping the projection surface 4a in an in-surface direction of the substrate 1 and has a reflecting region, where a light traveling from the LED light-emitting device 2 to between the projection surface 4a and substrate 1 is reflected toward the projection surface 4a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
