<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poor communication section detecting system and a poor communication section detecting method, wherein poor communications occurring intermittently can be detected. <P>SOLUTION: The poor communication section detecting system is equipped with: a transmission circuit 6 which periodically transmits the same signals with life monitoring signals through a transmission line 4 at a shorter interval than life monitoring signals that are transmitted by a remote monitoring/controlling key station linked to the one end of the transmission line 4 for controlling a transmission power; a receiving circuit 7 which receives the life monitoring signals transmitted through the transmission circuit 6; a recording device 8 which records the measured signal level of the received life monitoring signals in order of time; and an output device 11 which outputs information recorded by the recording device 8. The transmission circuit 6 and the receiving circuit 7 use a sheathed ground 5 connected between the remote monitoring/controlling key station and a remote monitoring/controlling sub-station as the signal feedback of life monitoring signals, and it is configured that the life monitoring signals are transmitted/received on the basis of the potential of the sheathed ground 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
