PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device and a receiving device allowing a user of a production device such as a component mounting machine to visually obtain proper support information supplied from a supplier according to the usage length of the production device for achieving more appropriate maintenance of the production device. SOLUTION: In the support information 600 received by this receiving device, a period of time from purchase of the component mounting machine is displayed as the usage length, and as support items predicted during the period, a list of items about improvement in performance of the machine and items about diagnosis is displayed. Optimum support information written according to the usage length of the component mounting machine includes the items about improvement in performance of the machine such as a training item for training a user of the component mounting machine, a warranty examination item for performing an examination during a guarantee period, a maintenance examination item for performing an examination under a contract, and a nozzle unit refresh item for complying with timing of nozzle unit refreshing.
