PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device capable of creating a communication management record more meeting the convenience of a user. SOLUTION: In a complex machine of the present invention, a plurality of pieces of communication management information in individual data communications are printed on recording paper side by side. For each of the communication management information, presence/absence of printing onto recording paper is set, respectively and a column position during printing is set based on operations of an operation unit due to a user.
