PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone conduction headphone unit for enabling music or the like from the headphone unit to be appreciated, while nearby noise or converstations are heard, and further, for enabling the music or the like to be heard in clearer sound with vivid ambience according to situations, while avoiding cost increase. SOLUTION: A bone conductive driver unit 3 for converting acoustic electrical signals into mechanical vibrations, to be conveyed to a cranial bone, is mounted at an end part 2a of a head band. The driver unit 3 is mounted so as to rotate longitudinally between an anterior position S1, facing at least the temple part of a user U and a posterior position S2 that covers an ear.
