PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and a flesh tone adjusting method for meticulous flesh tone adjustment. SOLUTION: A flesh tone pixel constituting a flesh tone part of a photographed image is colored by using three attributes of color, that is, brightness, saturation, and hue so as to show a distribution state of the flesh tone pixel in the flesh tone distribution. The flesh tone distribution includes brightness/saturation distribution, in which the vertical axis represents brightness and the horizontal axis represents saturation as shown by (A), (B) in Fig 4, and brightness/hue distribution in which the vertical axis represents brightness and the horizontal axis represents hue as shown by (C) in Fig 4. Color adjustment of the flesh tone part is executed so that such flesh tone distribution is partially changed. Concretely, saturation is increased only in the flesh tone pixel included in a high-brightness region or brightness is increased only in the flesh tone pixel included in a high-saturation region.
