PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered solid pharmaceutical preparation accurately controlling the elution such as zero-order elution or multi-stage elution, hardly causing interlaminar separation, hardly being influenced with compression force during compression molding with slight variation of gastrointestinal tract retention time. SOLUTION: The multi-layered solid pharmaceutical preparation comprises one or more layers containing at least either one of a modified starch and active ingredients laminated onto one or more layers containing the modified starch having≥400% of water-holding capacity,≥200 g gel push-in load, 40-95 wt.% content of a water-soluble ingredient,≥90 wt.% of particles passing through a sieve having 75μm opening,≥20 wt.% of particles passing through a sieve having 32μopening and≥20 to <50μm average particle diameter and the one or more kinds of active ingredients.
