PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lend impetus to remove or disengage damaged pieces produced on broken mating faces as well as joining precisely a cap portion and a rod portion that have been shrunk at the time of breaking and segmenting. SOLUTION: When fastening a torque of a pair of bolts has reached 2 Nm that is temporally fastening torque determined from experimental data, each bolt is allowed to stop being turned, thus transferring to a standby state (S3). From a starting point where 2 Nm has been reached, the pair of the bolts is synchronously fastened continuously till their torques reach 30 Nm (S4). Subsequently, the pair of the bolts that has been once fastened is loosened. By brushing the fracture surfaces of the cap portion and rod portion using a brush, the damaged pieces produced on the broken mating faces between the fracture surfaces of the cap portion and rod portion are lent impetus to be removed or disengaged (S7).
