PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liner for a corrugated board case having good printability to give good beautifulness while keeping the oil resistance of the liner surface, recyclable as waste paper and usable under a severe condition comprising the low-temperature in a freezer and a refrigerator. SOLUTION: The liner for a corrugated board is composed of three or more paper layers. The pulp constituting the outermost layer of the liner contains 40-80% softwood kraft pulp, and the surface of the outermost layer has a coating layer containing a binder and a pigment to attain an oil resistance (Kit number) of Class 12 or above.
