PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a small-sized construction by lessening the outside size and enhance the flow-through efficiency of the air flowing in from a duct. SOLUTION: A damper member 62 installed in an air flowing space 15 in a cylindrical case member 10 moves within the case member 10 and makes an attitude displacement so as to open and close the space 15. The damper member 62 has a first support part 66 to move in the air flowing direction along a first guide part 48 provided to extend on the case member 10 and a second support part 68 positioned an appropriate distance apart from the first support part 66 and moving in the direction crossing the air flowing direction along a second guide part 50. The first support part 66 and the second support part 68 move in their respective directions on the basis of the operation of an operating member 64 tied with the second support part 68, and thereby the damper member 62 makes attitude displacement appropriately while it moves in the air flowing direction.
