PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal foil-aromatic polymer laminate for an ink-jet head which is used appropriately in the production of an ink-jet head used in an ink-jet printer etc., is excellent in reliability, and can be produced at low costs. SOLUTION: The metal foil-aromatic polymer laminate is used in the production of the ink-jet head. In the laminate having the metal foil and the aromatic polymer layer, on the metal layer, a solution of the aromatic polymer or a solution of the precursor of the aromatic polymer is applied directly to form the aromatic polymer layer.
