LIFTING STORAGE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting storage device ideal for an open type face-to-face kitchen which facilitates the loading or unloading of housing articles. SOLUTION: The storage device is provided with a water drain rack 2 which is disposed within an opening 5 for lifting formed at a part of a counter of a floor cabinet 1 for kitchens and a lifting mechanism which lowers the water drain rack 2 into a housing space under the counter while lifting it onto the counter. The floor cabinet 1 is a type for the open type face-to-face kitchen with no wall surface between the kitchen and a dining room. The water drain rack 2 is positioned ahead of a sink 3.
