A joint device of concrete structures is provided to join concrete structures strongly, to prevent the permeation of moisture from the inside and outside through a joint of concrete structures without using hydrophilic seal, and to prevent a concrete structure from being cracked and damaged by expansion and contraction according to a variation of temperature by securing a space on a joint of concrete structures using a space guarantee unit. The joint device(100) of concrete structures comprises a pair of water leak prevention units(110) installed on upper and lower parts at a certain distance to prevent the permeation of water to a joint of a concrete structure and composed of a pair of fixed frames(112,112a) provided with many through holes(113), a primary elastic member(120) coupled between the fixed frames and provided with through holes(122) formed on the same line as the through holes of the fixed frames, a bolt(124) and a nut(126) penetrated the through holes of the fixed frames and the through holes of the primary elastic member to fix each other, a secondary elastic member(130) placed in a space(114) of the fixed frames to cut off the infiltration of water to a joint of the concrete structure, an operation support unit(140) installed on the upper water leak prevention unit and composed of a pair of operation support members(142) installed on the upper part of the primary elastic member and corresponded to each other in the longitudinal direction and a third elastic member(146) installed between the operation support members and attached on the primary elastic member by adhesives to prevent the leakage of water, and a space guarantee unit(210) composed of a plate put over a pair of water leak prevention units and provided with many screw holes, and a spacer member(214) coupled to the screw hole of the plate by a bolt(216). |
