<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive wireless apparatus with high performance, particularly a wireless apparatus such as a radar apparatus for measuring a distance up to an object and the position of the object. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless apparatus includes: a first board 102 comprising a dielectric body; a second board 103 the front side of which is joined with the rear side of the first board and comprising a dielectric body with a dielectric loss tangent greater than that of the dielectric body of the first board 102; antenna elements formed on the front side of the first board 102, and circuit chips 140 mounted on the rear face of the second board 103 and electrically connected to the antenna elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
