摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cross-linking or a reactant polymer-carrying porous film for a separator which, while having a sufficient adhesiveness between an electrode and a separator, has a low inner resistance and is suitable for manufacturing a battery with high rate characteristics, and a manufacturing method of a battery using the above reactant polymer-carrying porous film. <P>SOLUTION: The cross-linking polymer-carrying porous film for a battery separator is manufactured in a process in which a cross-linking polymer and lithium salt are carried on a porous film. The reactant polymer-carrying porous film for a battery separator is manufactured in a process in which a cross-linking agent is made to react with a cross-linking polymer which can be reactant and cross-linked with the cross-linking agent.
