<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a film photo tone glossy inkjet recording body which is excellent in ink absorbing speed and image sharpness, and has a visually excellent whiteness degree. <P>SOLUTION: A water-soluble paint containing a fine pigment, a hydrophilic resin which forms a hydro-gel when the solution is irradiated with an active energy ray, and an oil-soluble fluorescent brightening agent is coated on a base material. Then, after a coated layer consisting of the water-soluble paint is hydro-gelated by irradiating the active energy ray, the coated layer is dried to obtain a porous ink accepting layer.
