<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power system monitoring/controlling system which prevents erroneous operation of electric power system equipment that is caused by communication error between an operator in charge and a person in charge of electric power system control, in reforming, maintenance, or inspection operation of the electric power system facility. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal 200 for an operator in charge comprises an information inputting means 210 on the side of operator in charge which promotes inputting of operation status of construction. An electric power system monitoring/controlling device 100 comprises an electric power system control side information input means 110 for encouraging inputting of operation status of construction, an electric power system state locking means 120 for locking electric power system state of the electric power system facility, and a lock control means 130 for controlling the electric power system status locking means 120 based on the operation status of construction which is input in the terminal 200 for an operator in charge and the electric power system monitoring/controlling device 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
