<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly process an electronic document by entrusting approval to an optimum proxy authorizing person on a delivery route so as to satisfy the approval due date desired by a drafter even when it is found that the regular person in charge of the authorization on a work flow is absent, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The CPU of a work flow server 200 detects a pending electronic document whose work flow processing for a succeeding approving/authorizing person has not processed for a prescribed suspension period, refers to the schedule of the approving/authorizing person being the superior to the succeeding approving/authorizing person on the delivery route of the detected pending electronic document, and determines the superior as the proxy authorizing person, based on the referred schedule of the approving/authorizing person being the superior and on the suspension limit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
