PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a feel of good acceleration to a driver without lowering an engine speed even when executing an up-shift speed change. SOLUTION: An ECU executes a program which includes a step (S100) of detecting an accelerator opening ACC, a step (S200) of calculating the change rate of the ACC, a step (S500) of calculating an engine speed change target value after a speed change during a speed change with the great ACC and/or the great change rate of the ACC (YES in S300, YES in S400), a step (S600) of calculating the target slip amount of a lock-up clutch using the engine speed change target value after the speed change, and a step (S700) of calculating a control value for the lock-up clutch using the target slip amount of the lock-up clutch.
