PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate facility equipment in a house by using a communication terminal and to monitor whether or not the facility equipment operates normally by the communication terminal on a dealer side. SOLUTION: A unified operating system S for the house equipment for performing remote-control of equipment 8 in the house is provided with: a first repeater 6 for repeating so as to transfer data transmitted through an Internet line I to a first network installed in the house; a communication terminal 1 for performing remote control of the equipment 8 through the Internet line I; and a second repeater 42 for repeating a command for instructing the remote control of the equipment 8 transmitted through the Internet line I to a second network incorporated by having a plurality of pieces of equipment 8.
