PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concealed information transmitting medium which can include a large amount of information, can conceal secret information, and also, can reduce the weight of a mail without requiring a release paper for the concealment. SOLUTION: This concealed information transmitting medium is equipped with a sheet-like base material 11 and an adhesive layer 12 having self adhering property. In this case, the sheet-like base material 11 has a first base material section 13, a second base material section 14 and a third base material section 15 which are arranged across a folding line 16, has a secret information listing column 21 at least on one of the first base material section 13 or the second base material section 14. The adhesive layer 12 is formed on the surface on which the secret information listing column 21 is provided of the first base material section 13 and the second base material section 14 of the sheet-like base material 11, and adheres between the same components. The concealed information transmitting medium takes a first configuration and a second configuration. In this case, under the first configuration, the third base material section 15 is folded in a manner to be inserted in a space between the surfaces of the adhesive layers 12 of the first base material section 13 and the second base material section 14. Under the second configuration, the secret information listing column 21 is concealed by pasting the adhesive layers 12 of the first base material section 13 and the second base material section 14 to each other.
