MIXING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING ACRYLIC ESTER AND/OR METHACRYLIC ESTER USING THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing apparatus for removing an emulsifying component and a coloring component from a product in (meth)acrylic ester refining process and a method for producing a (meth)acrylic ester using the mixing apparatus. SOLUTION: The mixing apparatus comprises a stirring tank having a bottom face in which a recessed part is formed, a rotary shaft hung in the center part of the stirring tank, and lower end stirring blades installed in the lower end of the rotary shaft and having a shape along with the bottom face shape of the stirring tank. The bottom face has a conical shape and the lower end stirring blades are approximately V-shaped paddles. The method for producing the (meth)acrylic ester involves refining of the (meth)acrylic ester using the mixing apparatus. The mixing apparatus and the production method are suitable for efficiently stirring even a solution with a relatively high viscosity in the case of stirring without causing separation or precipitation.
