PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practicing utensil by aiming at a practicing utensil by which a good result can be quickly obtained not only at a practicing range but also on a golf course as well, and by which a user can practice user's swing while normally swinging even on the golf course. SOLUTION: A supporting section is located on the upper side of a cap-head attaching section, and a freely rotatable utensil is attached to the distal end of the supporting section.
