PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device capable of assisting fire extinguishing activity. SOLUTION: An operation mode of a general elevator car 5 performed by a general elevator operation control part 8a in a fire in a building, is switchable between by a primary auxiliary operation mode and a secondary auxiliary operation mode. The general elevator operation control part 8a makes the general elevator car 5 stand by on a refuge floor for opening a door in the primary auxiliary operation mode. The general elevator operation control part 8a also stops the general elevator car 5 on the stopping floor of an emergency elevator car 15 by making the general elevator car 5 follow to the emergency elevator car 15 in the secondary auxiliary operation mode.
