PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching device for a blindfold panel in a desk with a structure having the end rail between the rear ends of both leg bodies, the attaching device allowing the blindfold panel to be easily attached to the back of an end rail with easiness of finely adjustment in the attaching height and providing high support strength of the blindfold. SOLUTION: An inclined surface 24 lowered to the front is formed at the upper end of both end parts of the end rail 6, and a receiving piece 22 having an engaging hole 25 provided on the lower end of both end parts is attached to the the upper end of both end parts of the end rail 6. A locking metal fitting 23 having a projection piece 26 to be engaged with the engaging hole on the lower end and a hook piece 27 to be mounted on the inclined surface on the upper end in a vertical direction is attached to the lower part on both sides on the front surface of the blindfold panel 7. The projection piece of the locking metal fitting is dropped into the engaging hole of the receiving piece from the above; the hook piece of the locking metal fitting is mounted on the inclined surface, and the hook piece is screwed to the inclined surface.
